What happen to your body during and post pregnancy?

Change to muscles, ligaments and joints during and after pregnancy affect the whole body. Pregnancy and childbirth can damage the pelvic floor muscles and connective tissue, causing all kinds of inconvenient and uncomfortable symptoms for women after they give birth.  Physiotherapists help women manage these changes, providing expert care and advice during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.
