Melanie

Melanie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. During her degree, she obtained clinical experience throughout the public and private systems. Melanie has completed all levels of Mat clinical Pilates from APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). She also did multiple sports, dancing, pre and postnatal as well as dry needling courses.

Working in Monash University Sport Physiotherapy Centre, she is experienced in treating office workers and also a vast array of sports injuries. She has particular interest for runners, swimmer, cyclist and dancing injuries. She is also trained to perform Pre-Pointe, Pilates and running assessment. Melanie has a keen interest in treating and educating clients to help individuals recover and achieve their personal health goals.

Osler

Osler graduated with the Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. Post graduation, Osler has worked all around Victoria, gaining experience in private practice. He has also had a short stint in Singapore. He has worked closely with the FFV NTC Boys/Girls, FFV State Football Girls U13, as well as the Australian Women’s Volleyball. He has particular interest in post-operative rehab and is keenly interested in sports injuries. In saying that, Osler has also had many experience working with clients who have back pain and neck pain (including headaches).

Osler is currently looking after the South Yarra Soccer Club, and is always looking to support other clubs in the future. He is very passionate about getting both elite athletes and weekend warriors back to their best, and love to encourage people to keep active.

MingHan

MingHan completed her Bachelor of Science at University of Melbourne. She then went on to complete her Master of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. She has experience in helping many clients improve their spinal and joint pain, function and general fitness. 

Her passion for physiotherapy developed from seeing her friend going through rehabilitation for shoulder pain. She saw the impact that physiotherapist made on her friend’s function and is dedicated to being that person for her clients.

MingHan has a strong interest in treating spinal injuries and has completed further studies in Scoliosis course of BSPTS-Concept by Rigo certification. She is also passionate about sporting injuries and enjoys taking her clients through different stages of rehab and injuries prevention. She believes that a mixture of education, manual therapy and exercises are the key to optimal outcomes. Outside of work, MingHan enjoys playing badminton, tennis, reading fictions, and catching up with friends.

Bradley

Bradley graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the Australian Catholic University in North Sydney. He has worked in both the public and private sector and has extensive experience in an array of myofascial and joint mobilisation techniques, dma clinical Pilates, the kinesio taping method and dry needling. He loves problem-solving complex musculoskeletal presentations and formulating holistic and integrated physiotherapy management solutions for clients of all levels of ability and conditioning.

Bradley has a keen interest in assisting his clients to physically thrive while recovering and preventing injury. He has had many years of experience in group fitness, yoga and Pilates instruction and strength and conditioning prior to his physiotherapy career and has special interest in assisting people develop strength, conditioning, suppleness, flexibility and motor control while managing any underlying musculoskeletal and medical conditions. In his spare time he is a dedicated gym goer, hiker and coffee enthusiast.

Scott

Scott graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Scott has experience in various settings including both private practice and hospitals. He also had experience working with elite sport team under world-renowned sports medical team runs by Dr. Peter Brukner.

Scott pays great attention to details and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their own personal goals whether it is rehabbing from injuries, developing strength, conditioning, or managing acute/chronic conditions. He has great interest in treating ankle, knee and back related injuries. 

Scott is a sportsperson who enjoys dabbling himself in many sports including basketball, badminton, swimming, volleyball and many more. He enjoys working out and is passionate about training with functional purposes. 

Outside of work, he enjoys watching shows, movies, listening to music of various genres and exploring art, landscape, nature.

Lauren

Lauren, originally from Brisbane, graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons). Born into a sporting family, Lauren participated in soccer, athletics and dance for the majority of her life until she found her love for AFL while playing in the QAFLW.

Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge in the assessment and holistic management of sporting and musculoskeletal conditions from her several years working with state and national level AFL/AFLW, rugby union, soccer and dance.

She is passionate about collaborative and client-centred practice to promote healthy and sustainable lifestyles. She has a special interest in hip and groin related injuries, post-operative management and headaches. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys living an active lifestyle through sport and gym, as well as cheering on the Brisbane Lions.
