Alignment Class (for All Levels)

Alignment focuses on finding a clear and intelligent alignment in each pose. This class will help keep the body fully engaged; through our physiotherapist guidance, it will integrate body awareness practice through movement, and help overall strengthening and stretches.

Our physiotherapist will guide you through advanced poses as well as making basic poses more interesting. Explore new ways of accessing basic poses that will challenge your range of motion and increase the therapeutic benefits of the practice.

Build the strength and resilience that will help you transform your practice and make more advanced poses possible. The results are renewed confidence, a sense of freedom and joy.

Lower Back and Lower Limbs Strengthening Class

This class are targeted for clients who are currently or have experienced back pain and/or lower limbs injuries (including, hip, knee and ankle joint).  It is a more targeted class where the physiotherapist will mainly focus on strengthening the core, lower back and lower limbs area.

It is also suitable for anyone who would like to strengthen these areas to help in sports performance such as running, soccer, weight lifting, dancing etc.

All level are welcome as our physiotherapist will be able to guide the class through from beginner to advance level and clients are encouraged to work at their own pace in this class.

Upper Body Strengthening Class

This class are targeted for clients who are currently or have experienced neck pain and/or upper limbs injuries (including shoulder, elbow and wrist joint).  It is a more targeted class where the physiotherapist will mainly focus on strengthening the neck, shoulder and upper body.

It is also suitable for anyone who would like to strengthen these areas to help in sports performance such as swimming, cricket, gymnastic, throwing sports, climbers etc.

All level are welcome as our physiotherapist will be able to guide the class through from beginner to advance level and clients are encouraged to work at their own pace in this class.

Cardio and Functional Fitness Workout

This is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Our Physiotherapist will combine athletic movements like lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. This class will challenge your limits in a good way, burning up calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

It is suitable for clients who are currently not experiencing any discomfort/ pain and would like to improve their sports performance and general fitness.

This class is suitable for all levels but not suitable for pregnant and clients who are still experiencing pain from injuries.

Live Streaming Preparation

We understand your concerns of the virus outbreak and therefore your decision to not join the group classes in our clinic. We also understand how frustrating it can be when your regular practice gets interrupted. That is why we have decided to introduce online live streaming classes.

We have developed our Online Live Streaming classes as an option for those who wish to practise from home.

Step One: Book an online streaming class via our website by clicking “Book Now” or “Book an Appointment”  You can also click here to make an appointment.

Step Two: Choose South Yarra as the “location” and click “select”

Step Three: Click on “Group sessions” choose your desired class and follow the prompt to make an online booking.

Step Four: Download “Google Hangout” App and sign in with your details. Click below to download based on your device preference

Step Five: 10 minutes prior to class starting.

 If you are using your laptop: Our physiotherapist will be able to send you a link to open in chrome and you will be connected to our online steaming class

 If you are using your phone: Our physiotherapist will be in contact with you via Google hangout app.

To ensure your webcam/ phone camera is on so that our physiotherapist can see and guide you as individuals.

Client with Pre Paid Packages:

Unfortunately existing clients who have prepaid class pass will not be able to use their credit when they book the online classes via our website.

Clients who wish to use their existing credit can choose to book the online classes with the following 2 options.

1) Email before the class start date to make a booking, or

2) Call our practice to make a booking.

You may still choose to book and pay online. Please rest assured, your credit that is in our system will not expire. Once the covid-19 crisis is over you will still be able to use those credits that you have prepaid when joining classes in our practice!
